I had two other estimates but Julio, the owner, was the only one who gave me a written estimate. Details of work needed, materials that will be use, how long it will take to do the job and total cost including if roof needs new boards. The estimate to finish the job was one day but Julio brought in two crews and the job was done in have of day. The guys were professionals. I can tell they had a lot experience they worked fast using power tools. Then they took all the garbage and left the place clean. I will recommend to anybody who needs roof work done. My house had three layers of roofing, his team arrived a 8 AM and began stripping the roof .but they first protected the yard area of the house with tarps and plywood. I was amazed how quickly they were able to get the three layers of shingles off and start re-roofing. Julio stopped by several times during the day to check on the quality of the work, he was only a phone call away. All the gutters and down spouts were removed and after the roofing job was finished the new gutters and down spouts were installed. I had other contractors that had come out in the past and their prices were at least 40% higher then the price I received from Julio. His team stayed till after 6:30 PM in the dark working with flood lights to be sure every scrap of material was put in the container. I am greatly impressed with the work done and the total commitment that Julio and his team bring to the work site. I defiantly hire Julio and his team to re-roof and vinyl side my home at the Jersey shore. I would give Julio and his team a AAA rating.
